INTERVIEW: DEUX LUX

Thanks to our lovely friends at IDÉE FIXE for featuring deux lux! Read what Sara Naghedi (Owner and CEO of deux lux) has to say about where she looks for her current inspirations, which then turn into the next season’s hand bag designs. 

“As head designer, Sara chooses to go with her gut instead of following trends. It’s about what she’s feeling at the moment, what colors she’s into. “I’m inspired by jewelry, art, whatever is making me happy at the moment.” Since launching the line, Deux Lux has grown quickly. “It’s been a bit of a whirlwind,” Sara continues, “I feel fortunate. We have so much room to grow with the bags. If you have a good formula, it will work.” The line also works with a lot of animal activist groups, a theme that is somewhat recurrent in their formula.”
